"I have had chronic lower back pain for years due to a disc that presses on nerves. This has caused severe pain affecting my lower back and left leg. I was hoping a chiropractor could just "pop me back into place", but instead he recommended I see an MD. My last visit to my doctor was after my left foot went numb, and I knew that between the pain and not being able to feel my foot that I might need more help. The doctor gave me more pain medication and muscle relaxers and said surgery was an option. I was not ready for surgery to be an option! That's when I shared my information with Jan. After her help with our Matrix session, she said to look for any changes I might notice. The changes were slight at first; then I went from gradually lessening pain to the point where I am totally pain-free today.

"For over five years my hip hurt constantly. Lying down was the absolute worst; I couldn't sleep because the pain was so bad. I was constantly exhausted. My doctor thought it might be linked to a birth defect I was born with but wasn't really sure. I tried physical therapy and a number of medications that didn't help. I thought I was going to have to live with it forever. Jan did a couple of Matrix sessions with me and one morning I woke up and noticed, amazingly, that my hip didn't hurt at all!
